A piece of cake: communication and document exchange with the health insurance company
The tedious paper war with the health insurance company has come to an end. In the future, members will be able to submit sick notes, cost plans, medical reports, etc. via app. A simple photo or message is all it takes to get in touch with DAK staff. Notifications from the health insurance company are also stored in the app, so that arrangements can be made quickly and easily.
